Title: Mike's Modified Tucson Jailhouse Chili

1lbSweet Italian sausage
1lbCheap beef roast cubed
1lgOnion - diced
6 Cloves garlic - diced
1cn4 oz diced green chiles
1/2 4 oz can diced jalepenos
1cn16 oz tomato sauce
1cn16 oz diced tomatoes
1cnTomato paste - 6 oz
1cnBeer
2tbChili powder
1tbGround cumin
1tbCider vinegar
2tbBrown sugar
2cn16 oz kidney or pinto beans drained
  Salt and pepper to taste

Dice onions and garlic. Saute beef and sausage. When starting to turn color, add the onion and garlic and saute till meat is brown. Add the rest of the ingredients, simmer for a couple of hours. If the beef is real cheap and tough, longer simmer for tender. If you used good stuff a couple of hours to let the flavors blend will do it.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
